Retinal Imaging & Angiography

Our centre uses fundus photography from Zeiss to take the photography of the interior surface of the eye, including retina, optic disc, macular and posterior pole.

FF450 fundus camera is a universal instrument for photography of the fundus in three magnification steps. Fundus photography is used to detect and evaluate symptoms of retinal detachment or eye diseases such as glaucoma.

Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) is used to taking cross-sectional pictures of the retina. It is used to diagnose and follow treatment in certain eye conditions and diseases such as age-related macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy and other diseases affecting the macula.
